Hi there, I’m Chris Pesacreta, I study graphic design and relief printmaking in the DC area. I recently got into the habit of using wood and lino blocks to hand print t-shirts and hoodies, and this was one of my first successful attempts. He’s an ornery deer, and I made him with a woodblock on a 100% cotton tee.
I have a tumblr, too, that I try to post my work in regularly, if you’d like to see more.
hi, i’m urs and i’m an aspiring comic artist and printmaker studying at the minneapolis college of art and design.
this is a PDF of a collection of five linocut prints (six if you count the cover, i guess) i did as part of a final project for my print paper book class. each print is a portrait of someone who made an impression in my life during my first year in minneapolis, an ode of sorts.
it’s pay what you want so feel free to download it and take a look. and hey, if you feel like my hours of intricate carving are worth some spare change, i wouldn’t mind some money to toss into the food-n-supplies fund.
